In 1804, Jeremiah was shown as having 50 acres of land on Waters of Lick Creek, and the tax collector had presented to Court Session of 1805, the taxes were not yet paid. We know that the family had removed to Madison Co KY before 1809 as Jeremiah was shown as the bondsman for a marriage of Joseph Henderson to Lucy Collier 30 Jan 1809. Jeremiah's brother Daniel was also in records of Greene Co TN and Daniel seems to have sold his land there in 1805 to Absolum Hayworth/Haworth. In 1807 Hayworth deeds shows he owned the land previously owned by Daniel Henderson. We believe Jeremiah and Daniel removed to Madison Co KY between 1805-1809. The 1810 census of Madison Co KY shows Jeremiah as b 1765-1784, 1 male b 1794-1800 (prob late 1799) 2 males b 1800-1810, 1 female (Hannah) b 1765-1784, 2 females b 1800-1810. Around the year 1819 Jeremiah removed his family to Lawrence Co IN. The 1820 census of Lawrence Co IN shows Jeremiah b bef 1775, 1 m b 1794-1804, 1 m b 1804-1810, 3 m b 1810-1820, 1 f b 1775-1794, 1 f b 1794-1804, 1 f b 180401810, 2 f b 1810-10.
